Welcome to lexavoice.it. These Terms of Use govern your access to and browsing of this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.

Important Clarification — Not an End-User License Agreement (EULA): These terms govern only this preview website. They do not constitute an End-User Software License Agreement (EULA) or a sales contract for the LEXA application. A dedicated, formal EULA and software agreement will accompany the desktop application upon testing distribution and release.

2. Purpose of the Website & Development Status

This website is an informational "Coming Soon" landing page designed to present the concept, architecture, and current engineering roadmap of LEXA, a local-first voice workstation in active development for macOS by Simone Esposito.

Scope of Base Version: Planned core capabilities currently encompass voice cloning, voice profile management, local text-to-speech inference, audio import & noise cleanup, speech transcription, and multi-format audio export.
Explicit Exclusions: Music creation tools, automated beat generation, and artificial singing synthesis modules are strictly excluded from the planned scope of the Base Version.
Non-Binding Roadmaps: Previews, visual mockups, interface designs, latency estimates, and roadmaps are for descriptive purposes only and remain subject to change prior to public release.
No Immediate Sale or Download: The software is not yet commercially released, and no executable binary can be purchased or downloaded from this site today.

3. Waitlist & Early Access Requests

Submission of your email address via the waitlist form does not guarantee early access, an alpha testing slot, or future commercial licensing. Invitations to closed testing are issued at our sole discretion based on testing cohorts and hardware profiles.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

When accessing or interacting with lexavoice.it, you agree not to:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the hosting system, network, or server configurations.
Submit fraudulent, automated, or spam email addresses through the waitlist form.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security controls or spam protection mechanisms (e.g., automated submissions triggering our honeypot protections).
Scrape, duplicate, or mirror the brand visual assets, proprietary layout, or animated sphere designs for competing services without authorization.
